TMFootball – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all training sessions, courses, and related services provided by TMFootball (“Provider”) to children and their legal guardians (“Customer”). By registering for a training, the Customer agrees to the following:

1. Registration

  • Registration is completed online via the TMFootball website or in writing (email/WhatsApp).

  • A place is confirmed only after approval by TMFootball.

2. Age & Group Allocation

  • Children are placed in groups based on their age and football level.

  • TMFootball reserves the right to reassign participants to a different group if necessary for development or safety.

3. Training Sessions

  • Each training lasts 1 hour.

  • The course runs for 10 or 20 weeks, depending on the package purchased.

  • Elite Group and 1-on-1 training sessions are always based on the level of the player. The amount to pay will be determined based on the needs of the player. F.e. de hours and If the player needs 1-on-1 training sessions or can join the Elite Group sessions.

  • TMFootball may change the location or time of training, with prior notice to the Customer.

4. Payment and Cancellation Terms

  • Purchase of Lessons
    Lessons must be purchased in advance via the Website, in cash, or by bank transfer. The Customer must request the preferred payment method If this is not a purchase via the website, which must be approved by TMFootball.

  • Free Trial
    Each participant is entitled to one free trial Lesson.

  • Payment Deadline
    Payment for a package of 10 Lessons must be completed before attending the first paid Lesson.

  • Refund Policy

    • If a participant cannot attend Lessons due to long-term illness or injury, the Customer may request a refund or credit for the unused Lessons.

    • The request must be made in writing to info@tmfootball.cz, supported by a valid medical certificate.

    • Refunds or credits are calculated from the date TMFootball receives the written request and documentation.

    • Customers may choose between:

      1. Refund: The proportional value of unused Lessons will be returned to the original account within 10 working days.

      2. Credit: The proportional value of unused Lessons will be credited towards future training within 12 months.

    • Missed Lessons without a medical reason cannot be refunded but may be replaced in another group of the same age and level if available.

  • Cancellations by the Customer (non-medical reasons)
    No refunds are provided if the Customer decides to discontinue without a medical reason after payment, but TMFootball may allow rescheduling to another group at its discretion.

5. Safety & Responsibility

  • Parents/guardians must ensure that the child is medically fit to participate.

  • TMFootball is not liable for injuries resulting from normal sports activities.

  • Coaches will supervise children during sessions, but responsibility before and after training remains with the parent/guardian.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must follow the coach’s instructions at all times.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in exclusion without a refund.

7. Photos & Media

  • TMFootball may take photos or videos during training for promotional purposes.

  • Parents may opt out in writing before the start of the course. Documents will be provided by TMFootball

8. Data Protection

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and used only for social media, registration, communication, and service provision.

9. Changes to Terms

  • TMFootball reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Customers will be informed in advance of any significant changes.

10. Insurance

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child has adequate personal accident insurance.

11. Weather Policy

  • Outdoor training sessions may be rescheduled or moved indoors in case of bad weather.

  • TMFootball will inform Customers at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time via TMFootball WhatsApp channel

  • If a session is canceled due to weather, TMFootball will provide a replacement date.

12. Holidays & Public Holidays

  • There are no sessions on Czech national holidays unless otherwise communicated.

  • These dates will either be skipped or replaced at a later time.

13. Replacement Lessons

  • If a participant misses a Lesson (non-medical), the child may attend a replacement Lesson in another group of the same age/level if space allows.

  • Replacement Lessons cannot be guaranteed and must be arranged in advance with TMFootball.

14. Health & Medical Consent

  • By registering, the Customer confirms that the child is physically fit to participate in sports.

  • TMFootball must be informed of any allergies, medical conditions, or medication in writing before training begins.

  • In the event of injury during training, coaches will provide first aid and contact the parent/guardian immediately.

15. Lost or Damaged Property

  • TMFootball is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to training sessions.

16. Communication

  • Official communication regarding lessons, changes, or cancellations will be sent via our WhatsApp Channel.

  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to keep contact details up to date.

17. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Czech law.

  • Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Prague.
